More than OK Karaoke

While many fear public speaking, a bunch of our boys found it no issue to get up and blast out a few songs in front of a library full of their peers.

A few brave chaps performed great solo numbers, while others found confidence in a band of brothers.

Thank you to the Arts Council members for organising, advertising, and most importantly, encouraging those who were a tad hesitant on the day. After a few performances, we had a some boys sitting on the fence not sure if they could muster the confidence to hit the stage. The lesson we learnt on the day is that if you ask boys to perform they will all say no, but if you just wait a bit, you'll end up with a flood of performers and run out of time for everyone to have a go.

Well done to those who showed courage and gave it a go.
