Last weekend, 14-year-old Fletch McCall delivered a standout performance at the annual 2.5km Ruby Island Swim.
Competing in a crowded field of 127 seasoned athletes, Fletch proved that age is just a number by clinching 3rd place overall in the male division.
Fletch crossed the finish line with an impressive time of 35:57, holding his own against competitors more than twice his age—including the first- and second-place finishers, aged 38 and 33.
Congratulations on an outstanding result Fletch!
