Staying Connected with your Sons Progress

Term 1 includes several key opportunities for contact between home and school.

In week 2 we will hold our Year 9 Meet the Teacher evening (5:30pm in the auditorium on the 12th Feb), giving new families an early chance to connect with teaching staff.

For our senior students, note a change to our academic coaching timing. Instead of taking place during Week 1, these important 20 minute meetings between form teachers and senior students will be held Friday 27th February. This meeting provides an opportunity to discuss NCEA academic progress, individual goals, and future pathways. Further information about how to make bookings will be shared shortly. We strongly encourage parents to attend with their son, so please save the date and plan accordingly.

Tuesday February 17th sees out NCEA information evening for parents and students to learn more about the NCEA qualification structure. 

Our three weekly reports will begin week 4 this term. 

The term concludes with hostel parent interviews Thursday 9 April, giving hostel families the chance to meet with their son’s teachers. Full school parent interviews take place during Weeks 8 to 11 of Term 2.
