2026 Challenge Wānaka

The 2026 Challenge Wānaka Schools’ Triathlon (incorporating the Otago Secondary Schools Triathlon Champs) is fast approaching.

This is a fun, supportive event on a stunning lakefront course. It even comes with a red-carpet finish and a finishers medal.

When: Friday 20 February 2026

Where: Pembroke Park, Wānaka

Race distances (age on 1 Jan):

• U14 / U16: 300m swim, 10km bike, 3.5km run

• U19: 400m swim, 20km bike, 3.5km run

To register:

• See Mr Willmott at the start-of-year meeting for reduced entry

• School can provide transport and gear — no excuses!
