School Invoices for 2026

By OBHS | Posted: Tuesday November 11, 2025

The first school fee invoice will be emailed to every family at the end of February 2026.

The school is flexible with methods of payment and will accommodate payment by automatic payment or direct credit. We encourage parents/caregivers to set up regular automatic payments to help spread the cost across the full school year. You may wish to set up an automatic payment prior to the 2026 academic year commencing. Please ensure you reference your son's name and student ID number.

The School Activities Donation is not compulsory, but donation payments play a pivotal role in ensuring the development and success of our school. These contributions go beyond covering basic operational costs; they allow us to enhance our facilities, enrich our academic programmes, and provide additional resources that directly benefit every student.

The school donation of $274.50 will be split across three terms, with $91.50 being charged each term. Any donation payments received prior to 31 March 2026 are eligible for a tax rebate through the Inland Revenue Department.

Parents are actively participating in shaping the educational experience of their children and the entire school community. These funds enable us to invest in technology upgrades, extracurricular activities, and much more. Ultimately, the collective support of parents through donation payments allows us to maintain high standards of excellence and provide an enriching environment where every student can thrive academically, socially, and emotionally.

Payment can be made by internet banking into the following account:

ANZ – 06 0901 0391539 00

Payments can also be made at the school office by cash or EFTPOS.

School trips (sports or cultural) are expected to be paid in full before the event.

Any accounts owing at the end of the year will be carried forward.

In the event of hardship, or if you are having difficulty paying your account, or have any other queries, please contact the school office on 03 477 5527 ext. 269 or email [email protected].
