Brothers Make History

The OBHS Squash Team claimed victory at the South Island Secondary Schools Tournament in Invercargill last weekend, winning the title without dropping a single match.

The team of brothers – Ashton, Mason, and Zavier Hansen – made history, with it believed to be the first time in the tournament’s history that the champions have been made up entirely of siblings.

The boys produced dominant performances throughout the competition, defeating Cashmere High School 3–0, Marlborough Boys’ College 3–0 in the semi-final, and St Bede’s College 3–0 in the final.

An outstanding achievement for the Hansen brothers and OBHS squash!
