We would like to announce the Students of the Term for Term One.
This award recognises one young man in each year level who has lived our school values: Respect, Perseverance, Honour, Courage and Excellence. He is a student who has shown through his actions these values, not just his potential. This award, we hope, will inspire all our students.
Congratulations to the following recipients:
Year 9 – Jack Orlovich
Jack is a mature, reflective, and highly respected member of Year 9. Incredibly polite and well-liked by his peers, Jack is deeply committed to his academic success, consistently producing work of an exceptional standard. His quiet confidence and generous nature make him a pleasure to teach, often helping others and lifting those around him. A talented saxophonist and key contributor to school productions, Jack also impressed with a courageous performance in the open-air theatre. With a GPA of 4.52 and numerous postcards to his name, Jack embodies excellence in both character and achievement.
Year 10 – Sam Glover
Sam is a dedicated and respectful student who consistently demonstrates maturity beyond his years. Always polite, engaged, and hard-working, Sam approaches every challenge with a positive attitude. Despite balancing a demanding rowing schedule, he effortlessly transitions back into academic life, maintaining high standards and focus. A fantastic all-rounder who is a credit to his year level.
Year 11 – Tom Collie
Tom is a quiet leader who leads by example. Always the first to lend a hand, he is held in high regard by both staff and peers. Tom sets high expectations for himself and others, and is not afraid to respectfully call out behaviour that doesn’t align with the school’s values. Selfless, driven, and thoughtful, Tom is a standout member of the Year 11 cohort who contributes positively to the school community in everything he does.
Year 12 – Eli Tucker
Eli is a quiet achiever whose resilience and strong work ethic consistently shine through. He applies himself fully in both individual and group tasks, showing persistence in mastering complex concepts and remaining focused despite distractions around him. Eli is humbly involved in many aspects of school life, quietly making a meaningful impact and setting a positive example for his peers.
Year 13 – Richard Peng
Richard is a determined and enthusiastic student whose success is built on consistent effort and a genuine love of learning. Known for his great sense of humour and strong work ethic, Richard brings energy and positivity to every class. He works well with peers and contributes actively to school life as both a valued choir member and school pianist. Richard’s achievements are well-earned and reflect his commitment to doing his best in all areas.
