Julius Caesar performance

English, Drama and Classics students were treated to a live performance of Shakespeare’s Julius Caesar on Monday.

Josiah, Eliza and Khalil of JMO Theatrics cleverly turned the 40 man production into a cast of three, and used traverse staging to create a show that explored the theme of duality.

For a lot of the students, this was their first time witnessing a live Shakespearean performance, and their questions in the Q&A session showcased just how much the play had stimulated their thoughts about acting, playwriting and directing.

The performance is part of this weekend’s Fringe Festival and is worth a viewing.
