Success at the sevens

On a warm and sunny Tuesday, the OBHS Rugby Club fielded three teams in the ORFU Year 9/10 Sevens Tournament.

The U15 Blues played in the competitive grade whilst the U15 Whites and U14's played in the development grade.

All teams played some very attractive sevens rugby with the ball being moved into space and some outstanding team tries being scored. The boys played with width which allowed them to use their skills as well as doing the basics of draw and pass.

Results wise, both the U15 Blues and the U14's won their respective grades.

A big thanks to senior boys: Tom Wilson, Te Ava A-Katu Nicholas, Felix Frew, Izaah Iosefo, Eddie Burgess, Jackson Boyd who helped with the teams on the day.
