October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month and Otago Boys' is getting behind the cause!

The New Zealand Breast Cancer Foundation is a not-for-profit charity that provides educational and support programmes nationally.  Their work targets every level of society; from government through to those directly affected by cancer.

On Friday the 25th of October, the boys are encouraged to wear a pink shirt, tie and/or socks to show their support.  There will be a lunchtime bake sale for the students - gold coin donations are accepted.

How can you help?

- We are hoping that parents will donate baked goods for the bake sale.

- Support your boys by letting them raid your wardrobes for items of pink.

- You can choose to donate to the fundraising page that the school has created. https://fundraise.bcf.org.nz/fundraisers/melissarosgu
