The annual Otago Boys’ High School Harry Potter Quiz

Last Friday at lunchtime, the library hosted our much-anticipated annual Harry Potter Quiz.

Mr. Hanson, our resident Harry Potter expert and talented quiz master, led thirteen teams through four rounds of Harry Potter-based trivia questions. Competition was close, but one team emerged victorious. With an impressive 36 points out of a possible 40, The Knights of Spinner’s End (Dallas Pankhurst, Cam Brown, and Oliver MacKenzie) took out the top spot. The Nastily Exhausting Wizarding Team came in at a close 2nd place, and a prize was also awarded to the Inglorious Spell Blasters for best team name.

A great atmosphere, friendly competition, and an excellent turn out made this a fun and memorable event. Thanks to all who came along!
