Kia Ōrana! Next week is Cook Islands Māori Language Week.

The theme for this year is ‘Ātui’ia au ki te vaka o tōku matakeinanga’, which means ‘connect me to the canoe of my tribe’.

Keep an eye out each day for a Cook Islands Māori phrase of the day, and check out the display in the library to learn something new about the Cook Islands.
