School House Update

Another busy week for the boys at the Hostel - Formal Fever has hit.

Another lively week at School House with boys fully involved in all areas of school life. 

With Seniors involved in Wananga days it has been great to here how positive they have been. Phrases like "I got a load done" and "teachers made it really interesting" were music to my ears. 

A quick mention to our Curling team this week of Freddie Hore, Tom Bankshaw and Xavier Connell for there results so far. After a 9-0 win over Columba, the boys followed up with a 12-0 win over Trinity. The team are working hard and looking to attend South Island's and Nationals this year. Well done boys.

The Year 13 boys are getting the shoes polished, shirts ironed and suits at the ready for the formal on Saturday night. Thanks to Donna and her team for catering the function at the hostel before the event. I look forward to a great evening with all of the boys at the museum.

Lastly just want to wish Atu a speedy recovery from his rugby injury. Hopefully we will have him back on deck next week - with the help of some sturdy crutches.
