A cultural experience for our international students

Last week most of our international students, and international students from other Dunedin schools, had the chance to experience a pōwhiri at Puketeraki Marae from the Kāti Huirapa Rūnaka ki Puketeraki.

Ngā mihi to Kāti Huirapa Rūnaka ki Puketeraki and the Dunedin City Council for organising the programme which included cultural and education activities at the marae, a walking tour of the Huriawa Peninsula, and a waka journey organised by Karitāne Māori Tours.

Much learning and fun for everyone.
