Rockquest 2024

Rockquest 2024 was hosted at Taieri College last Saturday.

School bands from all over Dunedin and Southland came together to compete to see who would make the regional final. 

Otago Boys' pupils Oliver MacKenzie (rhythm guitar), Rupene Skipper (bass guitar) and Sam Holborow (lead guitar) represented Otago Boys' with their band Just Us. This band is made up of students from both Otago Boys' and Columba College. We performed during the evening session alongside 29 other bands from Taieri College, King's, Trinity and John McGlashan. 

Unfortunately, Just Us were not selected to play in the regional finals but did their schools proud.
