Are you a keen reader? Have you read a book lately that you just couldn’t put down?
Why not tell others all about it by writing a book review that can be displayed in the library?
A good review should tell us a little bit about the book without spoiling the story, and it should tell us how you felt about the book. You could use a star-rating or a scoring system, and think about making your review visually appealing so it will stand out to your audience. Spelling, grammar, and readability are important. You could even turn in a poster or a #booktok-style video review if that is something you are good at.
All reviews that meet the standard of being able to be displayed in the library or on our social media will receive a house point, and there may be additional prizes for particularly high-quality contributions and students who submit multiple reviews.
Reviews can be submitted by email to [email protected], or in person to Mrs. Kinghorn in the library. This will run for the rest of term 2, and may extend into term 3.
