It was great to get the event completed despite the weather looking slightly marginal.
The boys turned out in good numbers in most of the races. Points were available for taking part and finishing in the top 20 in each of the five year group races plus bonus points for throwing the gumboot as far as you could.
The staff were fully engaged timing and recording results or stationed around the course as Marshalls.
Park House had the most entries overall with 127 and Aspinall were supreme in the Gumboot throw with 2 wins and 2 3rds in the events.
As the races took place it was clear that Park House runners seemed to be gaining more top 20 placings than the other Houses in the senior races and Saxton in the junior races. Winning runners in each year group (House):
