Our Year 12 Mathematicians learning about probability recreate a famous experiment conducted in Russian villages decades ago to decide if the local young women would get married.

The idea is to compare and see what happens when the experiment is conducted practically against what should happen in theory. In these photos Matatia, Luke, Wilson and Seddie are enjoying the chance to see if they will exchange vows.
