On Thursday our Year 11 students attended the Drive to Survive Expo at the Edgar Stadium.
The aim of the Expo is to inform students about how they can make safer decisions regarding their driving, while also providing them with advice on how to protect themselves and their mates.
Three sessions were offered to inform these young men about the physics of a car crash, the human cost, and what legal modifications cars are allowed to have.
If one thing could be learned from the Expo, it is the fragility of life and the devastation car crashes cause to families and the wider community.
Be safe, be smart and be aware that one bad decision may change your life.
