Artist of the Week

Art student of the week is Kevin Yang, a highly academic Chinese born student who hails from the city of Wuhan divided by the Yangtze river.

Kevin draws on his heritage evoking memories of a Chinese past and referencing his mentor and Grandfather on a bridge over the Yangtze river. This beautiful work is a poignant reminder to us of the challenge many of our students face negotiating cultural differences in order to succeed at Otago Boys' High School.
