This morning our Junior school was treated to a hugely entertaining performance by the New Zealand Theatre Company's "Shakespeare, as You Write it".
With many of our English classes currently studying Shakespeare this was a great way for our boys to see The Bard brought to life.
Of special significance was the presence on stage of old boy Stuart Hayward, who really engaged with his old school and generously stayed behind after the show to talk with boys about following a career in drama.
It's great to see an old boy following his dreams and working hard to realise his ambitions; our students really enjoyed watching the show and listening to Stuart's stories and advice.
