The students of Otago Boys' have celebrated Samoan Language Week with a daily language competition challenging students to learn common Samoan phrases and words.
A library display informed our students of facts and information about Samoa and its language. We also displayed profiles of famous Samoan Old Boys' of Otago Boys' High School.
Today, we close Samoan Language Week with our Pasifika students wearing their traditional Samoan attire, an Ie faitaga (lavalava).
Fa'afetai tele lava.
