As the Olympics are coming to a close for a majority of our athletes we reflect on the triumphs and losses that we have faced not just as teams but as a nation
As the Rio games come to a close we begin to think about what's next on the international sporting calendar, the Paralympics. Holly Robinson came to Otago Boys' to spread her message of perseverance, a key value for our school this term, that no matter what we encounter in life we should always aim for the top and reach out to be the best we can be.
Her lasting words have made an impact on our boys and will leave them in good stead for all ambitions in and out of school.
As a school and community we thank Holly for her visit and wish her all the best in the Paralympics.
