Sustainability Group Trip to Mt Aspiring

At the weekend, a group of students took part in a Sustainability Group trip to the School Lodge. 

They were investigating the feasibility of installing less polluting, and more cost effective energy sources instead of the current diesel generator. 

A big thanks to Randall Aspinall for showing us around their hydroelectric power generator which has been in place since before our School Lodge was built!
