The Queenstown Events' Centre was an amazing ground for the 1sts to play their first game in the Otago Southland senior mens' knock-out competition on Sunday.
Despite the roar of planes taking off and landing from Queenstown Airport in the background, the team secured a win against Queenstown Cricket Club.
OBHS 162/8 (Jarryd Taig 44, Tim Horton 36) beat QCC 101 (Hunter Kindley three for 18, Jackson Miller two for 6, Ben Lockrose two for 15, Tim Horton two for 21).
