During ESOL class we farewelled three team members: Jorawar Singh, Cyrus Leung and Saran Chanyanuparp.
Jorawar, who hails from the Punjab province in Northern India, has been with us at OBHS for 2 years and has fully embraced the culture and spirit of OBHS. He is well prepared and well mannered in class and is always looking out for his fellow students. Jorawar has also contributed to football, futsal and cricket teams during his time at school.
Saran, who hails from Bangkok in Thailand, has been with us in 2016. He has a great sense of humour and is a very sociable student. He has also engaged with the opportunities the school offers and was a vital member of the Under 15 Red rugby team this year as well as playing football for the Year 10 team.
Cyrus joined us in Term 4 from Hong Kong. He joined the "hostel family" where he has made some lifelong friends. Cyrus has shown a quiet determination in all his studies and his teachers have been impressed with his attitude and motivation.
We wish you all the best for your futures in your respective countries and it has been a pleasure to host you all in our school.
