Last night at the Edgar Centre was finals night for futsal teams playing in the secondary schools' competition.
While no teams managed to get into 1 v 2 playoffs, all teams were vying to finish their season on a positive note. The games were all evenly matched affairs and the close results reflected this. With a number of the teams being the higher qualifiers in their games all they had to do was draw to win, and that is what happened in two of the five matches. The Whites and A team the only two to record outright wins.
The competition starts again in Term 1.
Thank you to all the parents who have helped look after teams and have supported their sons.
