Olly Higgins - Gateway Student

Olly is a Year 13 student who works with BuildMe Dunedin for his weekly Gateway placement.

BuildMe Dunedin is a small building maintenance and construction business who have been part of the Gateway programme here at Otago Boys' for the past four years.

Olly attends placement on a Friday and works alongside the team of qualified builders to learn new skills.  He works on a range of jobs from flat maintenance around the University to full home renovations, both are equally complicated which is a great challenge.  

Olly gets on well with the team and enjoys having a good yarn and laugh with the boys.
