At senior assembly this week centurion badges were presented to Year 13 students.
The centurions award has significantly raised the academic profile in our school. Students must pass 100% of the assessments in an academic year. For Year 13 this means achieving all internal assessments and having at least 40 Level 3 credits. At other levels the external results are also taken into account.
This is our third year of awarding these badges. That means some boys have bagged a complete set - a bronze award for being a Level 1 centurion, a silver award for being a Level 2 centurion and now a gold award for Level 3.
