Matthew Maydon - 2018 Gateway student

I am a Year 12 student currently taking part in the Gateway programme.

I am hosted by Cooke Howlison Toyota and attend placement weekly on a Friday.   I work on many different kinds of vehicles and gain skills while doing Warrant of Fitness tests and taking engines apart.

The staff whom I work with are great and pass on their knowledge, and are so giving of their time. 

A special thanks to Wayne and his team for giving me this opportunity to learn more about being a mechanic.
