Year 13 Woodwork

The Wood Technology workshop has been a hive of activity this year with boys producing some spectacular projects.

With the safe guidance of Mr Odgers and his careful tutelage, I have developed this hot tub to fulfill my customers needs, in a department where we are able to stretch ourselves beyond our boundaries and explore new products.

In Woodwork I designed then built a desk with a unique twist. This year, I decided to create a visually appealing desk that would suit the functional and aesthetics of my room. The main design aspect with the steam bent curve, slanted drawer and cubby holes will organise my items while creating a cool feature. The stark difference between the left and right halves creates a unique aspect of my design which I embraced.
