Congratulations to Year 10 student Nathaniel Williams.
Following his completion of the Otago University, Marine Science Department programme for gifted and talented students: Te Rauawa o te Pahī, Nathaniel has scooped awards at the 2019 Otago Science and Technology Fair for his work on Microfibers in the water column aptly named Parakiki Moana, which means ''plastic ocean''. Nathaniel received the Dairy NZ, Forest and Bird Society and NZ Oil and Gas Awards.
