Year 10 Food and Nutrition

Year 10 Food and Nutrition have just completed meals for a family of four.

Students had to look at a 'balanced plate' so that they created a meal which was not only easy and tasty, but nutritious as well. Students have made vegan bolognese, homemade beef burgers, risotto, teriyaki chicken on rice, chicken stir-fry, Mongolian beef and BBQ ribs to name a few.
