This week, Term 4 Year 9 students spent a morning at the Dunedin Public Art Gallery.
Thanks to John Neumegen, who is always such a great source of information on the local Art collection, engaging the students in historic and contemporary art works. After we looked and talked about various artworks on display, we proceeded to spend 2 hours drawing using different techniques and materials. A great morning had by all.
Special thanks goes out to Scotty Opetaia for helping and John Neumegen, the art educator at the Dunedin Public Art Gallery.
