Eggs are a really versatile food, my mother - Mrs Moore has a saying "If there is an egg in the house, there is a meal in the house" and this is true. They are full of protein and fat, as well as other nutrients that contribute to a healthy balanced diet. Eggs are really economical at around 40c-75c an egg. This is the food item for week 1 - Good Luck!
