On Sunday 2 August, the prestigious NEWZATS Aparima Awards in classical singing were held at Marama Hall, University of Otago.
Some of the most accomplished secondary school singers in Dunedin competed for some serious prize money in a recital of two songs.
Peter Crosson was placed 2nd ($300) and Michael Crosson who was unfazed by making his solo debut on the university stage was Commended (4th).
Both boys are students of the OBHS Friday Voice classes. We are very proud of their achievements.
