My name is Peter Eaton and I have grown up and worked in Otago my whole life, except for a short time living in Texas for work.
I left my job as an IT and Electrical Engineer to become a teacher and help schools and young people come to grips with the impact of technology on our lives.
I have taught at all levels, from Primary through to NCEA level 3 and are firmly focussed on building relationships with students to help them succeed.
I play basketball and netball, but you are more likely to see me on the side lines supporting school students in the weekends than playing alongside Steven Adams in the NBA “bubble”.
I’m excited to bring my experience with media, live-streaming and productions such as the Otago Polyfest to OBHS and be a part of the amazing community here.
