This week in Food and Nutrition the Year 9 classes were looking at eggs.
We scrambled, using Jamie Oliver's scrambled eggs three ways - American (in a pan), English (in a pot) or French (over a double boiler).
We had a practice round and a redemption round today. See some of the inspiration in the photos below.
The Year 13 students made slow cooked pork shoulder (for pulled pork) - Vietnamese style to create Banh Mi, a baguette with pickled carrot, cucumber and the pulled pork. They also made Churros to share.
Lucas Power and Jack McFarlane went to the Otago Polytechnic on Wednesday to attend a Dumpling workshop held by the Culinary Arts students.
