GIMKIT hits the spot in language lessons!

In the last week or so, Year 9 and 10 French and German classes have been exploring the different features of GIMKIT.

This digital educational tool has a multiple choice quiz function which makes it ideal for consolidating and testing vocabulary in Languages. 

Students can play in a number of different modes, many of them based around current popular online games that they enjoy anyway, such as "Among Us" and "The Floor Is Lava". Boss Battle, whereby one student pits himself against the rest of the class has proven to be highly popular as of late! 

The boys are super motivated to play and the best thing of course is that they are constantly working on their French and German vocabulary without it being a drag! 

Ben Richards says: "I love how it adds an element of strategy to a casual quiz game" and Rohan O'Shea feels that "It helps me learn my vocabulary in an entertaining way".
