Year 9 Robotics

The Year 9 robotics students have demonstrated our key value of perseverance this week as they began the Green City Challenge, a series of 8 challenges they must complete during this one term module.

Some periods they are building their robot, some periods they are coding, some periods they are doing both at the same time to ensure they have an edge over their classmates. 

They have to tweak and modify the design of their robots and code to ensure success during the Green City Challenge. Working in teams, the boys have to communicate what changes they have to make to their code in order for it to then work as expected. 

You never know who will gain 1st place on the leader board for each challenge and it has been exciting to see the students so enthusiastic about their learning.
