Next week, Cycling New Zealand Schools are running the SKODA Virtual Road Challenge from Saturday 2 - Sunday 3 October on Zwift. This is an exciting opportunity for school aged students to participate and connect with each other over a fun virtual cycling challenge. Designed and developed in response to the disappointing cancellation of the SKODA National School Road Championships. Thanks to ŠKODA, SKODA jerseys are up for grabs for the winners of each race, for each grade and gender.

This virtual event will be conducted on Zwift, with a Team Time Trial and a Road Race which will both be run as Zwift meet ups.

You are receiving this email as you were registered in the 2021 SKODA National School Road Championships, and we wanted to give you the first opportunity to enter this virtual tour. Entries are open to you now! Entries will open up further tomorrow; Wednesday 22 September to all other schools riders.

Be sure to follow the 7 steps on the “Entry Details” tab on the website here, and click the buttons below for the entry links (steps 4 & 5). These links will also be available on the website from tomorrow.

Entries for the TTT have no limit, so you can take a few days to get your team organised. However entries for the individual road race are limited due to Zwift’s limitations of a maximum of 100 riders per meet up race, so get your entries in quick for this one!

All entries will close at midnight on Sunday 26 September unless they fill up sooner.
