Planting our Future

As part of our sustainability group discussions this year, we have spoken about planting trees and restoring native plantation.

The OB's group, along with the sustainability group at St Hilda's Collegiate, teamed up with the Town Belt Kaitiaki to make it happen. On Tuesday, 19th October we successfully weeded and restored an area of Littlebourne with kowhai, cabbage trees and flax. 

We will be maintaining these trees as part of our group, and we are hoping to plant more in the near future!
