Softball success

Congratulations to Phoenix Wardell-Mao who has been selected for two NZ softball squads for 2022.

Being selected for both the NZ U15 Developing Sox and the NZ U18 Junior Black Sox, Phoenix is the only Otago player to be named.

In April he will attend the Junior Black Sox camp in Palmerston North. They will play in a quad series against the Junior White Sox, and from that a team will be selected for the World Cup in 2023.
