As a school we are always grateful to the many parents, old boys and community members who support us.
We simply could not offer the level of education and the number of opportunities without you. A difficulty we all face is time. Modern life seems to rob us of more time each year. I know many of us during the first Covid lockdown, ironically at a time of real stress, experienced more time than we have ever had.
Now we seem to be returning to normal, the amount of time we had seems less and we are more stressed. And for many the connection to others, outside of work, has lessened.
Many studies show we feel better when we connect with others.
Our school needs volunteers in every area, particularly sport. Many of our sports are run by parent volunteers. The committees do a fantastic job keeping sport at a high end in our school. Without them, we would have to cut back what we offer.
If you can spare some time, we have a place for you. You do not need to be out in front, more as part of the team, refreshing from the bottom.
Please contact the school office to find out which group you may be able to help with.
