Lion Foundation Young Enterprise Scheme (YES) - Pitch Day

On Wednesday, 7 June 2023, the Year 13 Business Studies students pitched their Young Enterprise Scheme ideas to a panel of judges at Polson Higgs in Dunedin.

This year OBHS have 11 teams entered in the nationwide competition. 

The Polson Higgs Pitch Day is one of five challenges the students carry-out over the course of the year as they compete for their start-up business to be crowned the Otago Regional Champions. 

All regional winners then compete in the Young Enterprise Scheme National Finals held in Wellington in December. This is the 8th consecutive year Otago Boys’ High School have competed in the Lion Foundation Young Enterprise Scheme.
