Exciting results in the world of OBHS Debating!

Throughout the year our 3 junior debating teams have been competing in the Dunedin Schools' Debating (DSD) competition.
They've had a fantastic year; the announcement was made this week for the semi-final round. OBHS 1 and OBHS 2 have made the semi-finals, placing 2nd and 3rd in the table, behind 1st place only on speaker points. This is incredible, having two OBHS teams in the semi-final four!
Based on these results, OBHS 1 will verse OBHS 2 in the semi-finals, confirming OBHS a slot in the final! This is a wonderful achievement, a reflection of the hard work and dedication that the lads have put in. Best of luck!
