Imagine giving up your summer holiday to devote yourself to improving your skills in one of your favourite areas of the curriculum!
Well that’s exactly what Year 12 student Freddie Hore is doing by heading off overseas after his NCEA exams this year to spend most of December and January in the south of France in Nice, putting the French he has been learning at school into action.
Freddie is a dedicated scholar of French who through sheer hard work and determination has gained all excellence grades this year and he is looking to further perfect his language skills by undertaking a 2 month language school exchange at Les Ateliers France Langue. During this time he will also lodge with a French family which will give him the opportunity to gain important cultural insights as well as improving his spoken language.
Freddie is motivated to raise as much money as he can, so that he can take full advantage of his time in France. He has been proactive in securing some great prizes for his raffle. To support this incredible opportunity and buy tickets, simply text 021 883019 (Freddie) or buy directly at the Student Office - your help really will go a long way!
Tickets are $10 each or $40 for 5. For online payments, please send to the following bank account: F Hore, 12-3185-0006727-50 and reference your first and last name with the code FRANCE.
Merci en avance!
