Level 3 students are currently looking at practices used by multinational food corporations which influence food choice and eating patterns. The practical component to this has seen students creating 'healthy' home made versions of the types of food sold at these establishments. Last week students created customised burgers, with awesome results.
And in the Junior School
Year 9 students are working towards creating a bread snack product. They have mastered the technique of bread making. Last week the students made Focaccia bread from scratch.
