This week we had a visit from 2018 old boys Dylan Murcott and Jack Tinkler.
Dylan and Jack are currently completing a Level 5 Diploma in Cookery at Ara in Christchurch. They both gave a demonstration of a venison dish they had done as an assessment within this. They demonstrated these to all the Senior Food and Nutrition classes.
It was great to see how far these young men have come in their culinary journey. We thank them for the generous sharing of their time, knowledge, and experiences since leaving school and wish them all the best in their forthcoming graduation.
