Our two classes of Year 11 students have recently completed their internal on 'Cultural Influences on Food in New Zealand'.

This year, students used Japanese food and Culture as their comparison. Students have enjoyed making a variety of sushi, tempura vegetables and teriyaki chicken. Their final assessment task gave them an opportunity to show off what they had learnt by designing and making bento lunch trays in lieu of bento boxes.
